I am an SPC4, a certified IC Agile instructor and was a key contributor in the development of AgilityHealth and the Enterprise Business Agility Framework and continue to instruct, speak and write about leading Business Agility topics.

I am an experienced enterprise business agility strategist with over 30 years’ experience in driving the realisation of strategic initiatives through strategic business and people agility initiatives.

My overall knowledge and experience in organisational strategy, business architecture and human resources ensures that I am able to guide my clients in sustainable Agile implementations through integrating the technical frameworks of Agile into the overall business operating model.

During this period I have been fortunate enough to advise and add value to blue-chip private and public sector clients throughout Africa as well as clients in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia.

I am currently one of the very few people outside of the USA qualified as an Enterprise Business Agility Strategist. I am also one of only a few people in Africa that is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant.
