Registration
- Please register and pay for the workshop at https://www.eventbrite.com/o/be-agile-in-partnership-with-agile-transformation-17787251242. You will receive immediate confirmation
Travel
- You will be required to book your own flights to Johannesburg – please contact our Concierge Service should you require any assistance with these bookings
- We will provide all the transport to and from the workshop in luxury vehicles
- You can utilise our Concierge Service to book any other travel (outside of the workshop) for you (and your family) – you can contact either:

Accommodation, Food & Beverages
- Accommodation in 5* hotels/resorts are included in the overall cost of the Agile Safari (from the arrival on the Saturday to the departure the next Saturday
- The accommodation provided is on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis
- Lunch and light snacks will be provided throughout
- Local beers, wine, soft-drinks and water are included
- Safari Activities (Whilst at Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge)
- An early morning and evening game drive is included for each day at the Lodge
- There will be 1 x game walk included (this will replace one of the game drives)
- There will be 1 x hot air balloon safari included (this will replace one of the game drives)
Other Activities
- One 45-minute neck, back and shoulder massage at the 5* Amani Spa is included
- 1 x Boma Dinner with Interactive Drumming
- 1 x Bush Dinner
- Concierge Services
- Arranging FOREX
- Arranging an extended stay in Southern Africa for you and/or your family
- Further travel, tour and accommodation arrangements within Southern Africa
- Purchasing souvenirs, South African wine, etc.
